MFC-490CW Brother Printer. HELP!!!? - mfc-490cw troubleshooting wireless
New printer. I installed all the best for wireless printing. The LCD screen on the printer says wireless connectivity ha However, the printer status monitor says "on my laptop" offline "and will not be printed. I can not find any troubleshooting help desk, making it "online" and prints. HELP PLEASE before, go nuts! lol thanks!

I had similar problems, but could be solved if the Spooler service must be restarted. The steps are:
ReplyDeletea. Press START (Globe)> type services.msc> Press ENTER
b. Scroll through the list and the search for print spooler service
c. Directions> Click Reset if you start condition
d. Try to print
It worked for me, please let me know whether it works for you.
