Coworker Ignoring Me How Should I React To My Coworker's Constant Condescending Attitude?

How should I react to my coworker's constant condescending attitude? - coworker ignoring me

Insults sublte a colleague (often called "joke") has become consistantly disguised condescending. Of course, I let that happen, because I personally am very nervous and attempted to answer. So I try to ignore them, but I think it actually feeds them. I am not alone. Is it dangerous or just what you want "drama" of the confrontation. Suggestions?

  3. This is one of superiority. This person has insecurities, which are projected onto another form of condescension. I do not want a confrontation, to enjoy the feeling of insult others because they feel better about themselves. In fact, if someone on this challenge and come on, is likely to become even worse, because it would only increase their own unconscious sense of insecurity. I really do not think there is much you can do for that person, because they need to recognize themselves, they have to address a problem.
